Quick Update: I can hear my parents talking downstairs about the trip they’re taking in a few months, how worried they’ll be about whether I’ll be ok or not. I gotta tell ya it sucks worrying everyone around me and never knowing if I’ll end up back in the hospital for whatever bloody reason. Just wanted to put that in there because it’s really irritating me right now. ANYWAY!
So yesterday was the launch party for “Single Combat” it’s quite exciting really. We had orientation for the fighters and everyone had to sign their waivers (including myself since I’m fighting too :D). A few of the guys dropped out but I’m not too worried, shouldn’t be hard to get more guys in, I think I’ve got 30+ something message requests in my Facebook inbox all related to the show and participating in it. I got stuck running camera duty (and my friend “Gig Hustler” so named because he’s a bloody genius at finding acting gigs) got stuck running sound duty because two of the bikers that were supposed to show up didn’t for whatever reason. It was utterly hilarious taking snapchats while simultaneously working a camera.
There’s so much to say and so little time, did I mention there was an article written about me in the Seattle Metropolitan Magazine? Bloody insane I can’t believe it! Things are really picking up and there’s been 730$ donated to my Gofundme so far! People are calling me an inspiration or something it’s quite nice I’ll tell you. I’m just trying to do what I can to help people and show them they don’t have to be afraid, I was afraid for too long… I don’t want anyone to have to suffer like I did, afraid to talk about their illness and anxiety (hell I’m still suffering from it even now!)
Anyway, school starts tomorrow and I’m not looking forward to it. I know my anxiety always acts up the worst at school for some reason, guess I’ll just have to find a way to deal with it! Not to mention I have to do boxing training Monday through Thursday until October 22nd PLUS Co-Producer duties from 7 PM to 11 PM Monday through Thursday. With school on top of that, it's going to be one helluva busy week!
