Well it’s been a few days since my last blog post and it’s been nothing short of INCREDIBLY EXCITING!!! I literally just got off the phone with a guy who’s picked me for…. Get this, A REALITY TV SHOW BOXING MATCH! Not only that it’s incredibly interesting because it’s straight Liberals vs. Conservatives (so I’ll be fighting all Pro-Trump guys, I’m fairly Conservative myself but I’m definitely not fighting for Trump). All I have to do is get a doctors note clearing me to fight (because of my ileostomy), I mean unless my parents kill me first…. I can just imagine what my mum is gonna do when she finds out I’m gonna be boxing (I’ll give you a hint, it’s not pretty)!
Not only do I get paid to fight, but I also get TWO MONTHS of free boxing training at a pretty dope gym! This could also lead to future employment with this particular production company because the guy who runs it and I really hit it off and he invited me to grab a beer with him and his partners at the studio (though I don’t drink haha so that’ll be interesting). Hopefully I don’t actually die in the ring, BUT; if I do… at least it’s for the right reasons (not being afraid and limiting myself because of my disability).
The Lexus Photoshoot was pretty cool, they married me off to this Persian Model (who was super chill and attractive) and we pretended we were married for the duration of the shoot (for the cameras and what not). I made lots of great Networking connections with the other actors and I even managed to find some new talent agency connections (the good ones, not the scam ones). Hopefully things swing my way; we’ll certainly see! I’ve already applied to all of them and with the good word my new friends are putting in for me, I think I’ll be alright! Also I’m quite proud because even though I got super anxious both at the Lexus shoot and the shoot on Tuesday, BOTH DIRECTORS SAID I DID REALLY GOOD! Yay :D, guess I’m just overanalyzing again.
We went to a pretty dope party last night, it was me and He Who Walks on Roofs; as well as Jacob from Twilight (named as such because he looks like Taylor Lautner). My old business partner Rave King (obviously because he throws raves) invited us and it was a lot of fun! It was great seeing all my old pals, I realize as we get older life is really about the friendships and relationships you build with people. I’m so glad I’m out of Pickup to be honest, it was really screwing with my head and preventing me from hanging out with the people that matter in my life. The DJ I met there may even end up becoming a guest contributor for this site!
Also I saw a Facebook post that proves Ostomy Awareness is starting to come up in my social circles and around the Seattle Area! Screenshots posted below (I’m pretty sure he’s talking about me 😀 #proud).
Anyway, I’m off to play some State of Decay before I have to work out again (good lord being a fitness model is not easy), I JUST WANNA PLAY VIDEO GAMES AND EAT PIZZA!!! I can’t though :/, gotta inspire and burn that passion within people!
